available on online platforms. Please note the following Terms and Conditions for the use of the Munomuzed website encompassing the online
product sales, services and online marketing and advertising:
Use of the Website
It is imperative that users that include advertisers and purchasers of products or services found on this site, read
and comprehend the usage of the website, in order to avoid misunderstandings, mishaps and possible irrevocable acts
that may cause grievances and dissatisfaction from fellow advertisers or purchasers. Furthermore, by comprehensively reading
these Terms and Conditions, you agree to adhere to all the rules and regulations stated. Anything deemed as unsatisfactory
or not suited to your liking please don’t use the site.
Who is Munomuzed?
It caters to advertisers that may want to market and advertise their
products, services, events and information that they would like to reach the general population. This may be for the use of
increasing their customers base, or simply acquiring more customers that may want to purchase their products. In addition, Munomuzed seeks to
assist local businesses to reach mass appeal across the country of Zambia. Munomuzed also aims at creating global and
community awareness for Zambian products to help bolster and encourage the creation, manufacturing, distribution and sale of
local skills, products and services.
Important to note for Advertisers
Individuals, businesses, organizations or any parties that advertise
on this website need to make sure of the following:
1. The information uploaded is accurate and no false representation of items uploaded are represented. Information
should be not be misleading, profane or degrading in any means when describing products, services or events.
2. Prices reflected on products and services should be upheld for the duration of the product posted. If it happens
that there is a price change an indication will be allocated mentioning that the price has either reduced or increased
and will be posted on the advert.
3. Location, contact, details and names should be accurate.
Pricing
1. Please note, advertising price or charge is separate from the Price that is posted by the advertiser.
Munomuzed does not claim any percentage of sales from advertisers from products, services, events or anything advertised.
2. Advertising charge will be given for duration of the time products are posted and can be paid via mobile
money from any valid Zambian mobile money, MTN, Airtel and Zamtel. A reference number will be allocated to each advertiser to
uniquely identify and confirm payments. Payments also include cash or EFT.
Important to note for Viewers or Purchasers
Individuals or parties that want to purchase products from advertisers need to note the following:
1. Munomuzed simply acts as a medium between advertisers and purchasers and is in no way involved in, or
participates in deals or transactions. Communication and transactions are strictly between buyers and sellers.
2. Munomuzed will not be held liable for any mishaps or incidences that may occur between buyer or seller,
whether its inaccurate payment, theft at a place of meeting, poor or unworthy products or services that a buyer may receive.
It is up to the buyer to practice discretion, due diligence and inspection of products before purchasing.
Privacy Policy
Personal information provided by users on the site is private and will remain private, and no information will
be advertised or displayed by Munomuzed. Personal information will remain anonymous. By you providing information and
using the site, you indicate that all information is accurate. If you suspect that anybody is misusing your information please
be sure to contact us. Alterations to Policies or Terms and Conditions
Munomuzed may amend policies or Terms and Conditions from time to time to protect our users and Munomuzed.
In addition, external forces such as government policies or macroeconomic situations may also contribute to change in policy or Terms
and Conditions. However, if changes are to be made it will be duly indicated and emphasized before changes are put in place.
Munomuzed Site Access
Munomuzed cannot ensure that information or content on the site will always be available, or that there will
be no interruptions. However, if any inconveniences occur Munomuzed will indicate them and seek to rectify any
circumstances that may have caused the inconveniences.
The site will always be available unless there are circumstances that may be beyond our control such as
macroeconomic reasons or political reasons. Content available is predominantly for the Zambian market or for Zambia. Anybody
around the world can have access to the site.
